To start, gather the following ingredients:

  • 150g baby arugula
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 100g goat cheese
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • small saucepan

Start by toasting the pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until they are golden brown and fragrant. Set aside to cool. In a small saucepan, heat the honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt over low heat until the honey is thin and runny. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
