Today, I’m excited to share my recipe for Savory Pancake Rolls with a Spicy Chickpea Filling. These rolls are not only delicious but also a unique twist on traditional pancakes.

To make these delectable pancake rolls, you will need the following ingredients:

  • chickpea flour (150g)
  • water (300ml)
  • fresh spinach leaves (100g)
  • red chili flakes (1 tsp)
  • cumin powder (1 tsp)
  • salt (to taste)
  • olive oil (2 tbsp)

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • skillet
  • spatula

Start by mixing the chickpea flour and water in a bowl to make a smooth pancake batter. Add salt to taste, red chili flakes, and cumin powder, whisking well to combine all the ingredients. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
