  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 150g butter, cubed
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g sugar
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 100g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
