Ingredients:

  • 200g pumpkin puree
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 50g butter
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • to taste
  • 300g fettuccine pasta
