Global Fusion Chicken Curry Recipe

Today, I’m excited to share with you a unique dish that combines flavors from around the world. This recipe was inspired by my recent travels to Asia, where I fell in love with the bold and spicy flavors of the region. I wanted to recreate that experience at home, so I came up with this fusion dish that will surely surprise your taste buds.

For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
– 300g boneless chicken thighs, sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 yellow onion, diced
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
– 1 can of coconut milk
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of curry powder
– 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro for garnish

Prepare your kitchen tools:

  • chef’s knife
  • cutting board
  • large skillet
  • wooden spoon

Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the vegetables are soft and fragrant. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the coconut milk, soy sauce, curry powder, and sriracha sauce. Stir everything together and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the dish over a bed of steamed jasmine rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.

The total weight of the cooked dish is approximately 1200g, with 4 servings at 300g each. Each serving is around 400 calories.

A unique tip for this dish is to add a splash of lime juice right before serving to brighten up the flavors and add a refreshing twist.
