  • boneless pork chops (150g each)
  • ripe peaches (200g, chopped)
  • red chili flakes (2 tsp)
  • garlic powder (1 tsp)
  • honey (2 tbsp)
  • soy sauce (3 tbsp)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • mixing bowl
  • tongs
  • basting brush

To start, heat up your grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the pork chops with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush each chop with olive oil and place them on the grill pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through. Remove from the pan and let them rest.
