  • salmon fillets (150g each)
  • blackberries (100g)
  • balsamic vinegar (50ml)
  • honey (30ml)
  • fresh rosemary
  • salt
  • black pepper

To start, preheat your oven to 180°C. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season them with salt and black pepper, then bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
