  • fresh rosemary sprigs (2)
  • olive oil (50ml)
  • red pepper flakes (1 tsp)
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • large pot
  • strainer
  • chopping board
  • knife
  • skillet

Start by cooking the penne pasta according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then, add halved cherry tomatoes, rosemary sprigs, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and bursting with flavor.
