To start off, you’ll need to gather the following ingredients: approximately 400g of ripe mango, 200g of coconut milk, 150g of chickpeas, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, a handful of fresh cilantro, salt, and pepper.
