To make this Summer Peach Caprese Salad, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
