  • purple cauliflower (250g)
  • blood oranges (2)
  • pistachios (50g)
  • fennel bulb (150g)
  • goat cheese (100g)
  • honey (30ml)
  • olive oil (60ml)
  • sea salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

I start by cutting the purple cauliflower into florets and roasting them in the oven until they are tender and slightly caramelized. While the cauliflower is roasting, I slice the blood oranges and fennel bulb thinly. In a hot skillet, I toast the pistachios until fragrant.
