  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 can (400g) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
