– 200g ricotta cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup fresh sage leaves
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Lasagna noodles (enough for 2 layers)
– Olive oil

Preparation
