  • firm tofu (250g, cubed)
  • bell peppers (100g, thinly sliced)
  • mushrooms (150g, sliced)
  • onion (1, diced)
  • garlic (3 cloves, minced)
  • ginger (1-inch piece, grated)
  • red chili (1, sliced)
