  • pumpkin puree (200g)
  • espresso (100ml)
  • maple syrup (50ml)
  • pumpkin spice mix (2 tbsp)
  • heavy cream (250ml)
  • eggs (3)
  • vanilla extract (1 tsp)
  • salt (1/2 tsp)
