Cozy Fall Recipe: Spiced Chai Popsicles

Spiced Chai Popsicles

Today, I’m excited to share a unique dessert recipe that’s perfect for the changing weather as we transition from summer to fall. These Spiced Chai Popsicles are a delicious and refreshing treat with a warm, cozy twist.

Ingredients:

  • 2 black tea bags
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 500ml milk
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Kitchen Tools:

  • saucepan
  • popsicle molds
  • whisk

To start, heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the black tea bags, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, and whole cloves. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-7 minutes to infuse the milk with the spices. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Once the milk has cooled slightly, remove the tea bags and spices from the saucepan. Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract until fully dissolved. Let the mixture cool completely before pouring it into popsicle molds.

Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the popsicles are completely set.

When ready to serve, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles. Enjoy these Spiced Chai Popsicles as a unique and flavorful dessert!
