  • creamy peanut butter (100g)
  • soy sauce (30ml)
  • sriracha sauce (15ml)
  • sesame oil (10ml)
  • green onions, thinly sliced (2 stalks)
  • crushed peanuts, for garnish (30g)

  • large pot
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • strainer

To start, bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set aside.
