  • Cinnamon (1 tsp)
  • Nutmeg (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

To start, heat the vegetable broth in a large saucepan over medium heat. In another saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the Arborio rice to the saucepan and toast it for a few minutes until translucent.
