Creamy Avocado and Black Sesame Dessert: A Unique Flavor Fusion

Today’s Unique Dessert Recipe

I’m excited to share a new dessert recipe with you today that combines unexpected flavors and textures for a truly unique treat. I love experimenting in the kitchen, and this dish has quickly become one of my favorites to whip up for special occasions or just to treat myself after a long day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado (150g)
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds (20g)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (120ml)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (45ml)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of sea salt

Kitchen Tools:

  • food processor
  • zester
  • mixing bowl

Start by scooping out the flesh of the ripe avocado and placing it into a food processor. Add in the black sesame seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the flavors to meld together and the dessert to firm up slightly.

Once chilled, scoop the avocado and black sesame mixture into serving dishes. Sprinkle some extra black sesame seeds on top for a nice crunch and a touch of elegance. Serve immediately and enjoy the unique combination of flavors and textures in this dessert.

The approximate total weight of the cooked dish is 300g, with enough for 4 servings. Each serving is around 75g, with an estimated calorie count of 150 per serving.

One tip to make this dish even more special is to sprinkle some lime zest on top just before serving. The bright citrus flavor adds a refreshing twist that pairs perfectly with the creamy avocado and nutty black sesame.
