For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
– 250g boneless chicken thighs
– 1 can of coconut milk (400ml)
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 yellow onion, diced
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon of curry powder
– 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of honey
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh cilantro for garnish

To bring this dish to life, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • cutting board
  • large skillet
  • wooden spoon

Start by cutting the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and seasoning them with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat and brown the chicken pieces on all sides. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
