  • 150g artichoke hearts
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 50g feta cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

I start by wilting the spinach in a large skillet with a touch of olive oil.
