Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados (about 450g)
  • 1 can of coconut milk (400ml)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3-4 tablespoons of honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools:

To start, scoop out the flesh of the ripe avocados and place them in a blender. Add the coconut milk, lime juice, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness with more honey if needed.
