  • 300g pumpkin, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 50g butter
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
