For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • popcorn kernels (50g)
  • almonds (30g)
  • fresh rosemary (1 sprig)
  • olive oil (1 tbsp)
  • sea salt (to taste)

To bring this delicious snack to life, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • popcorn maker
  • small skillet
  • baking sheet

Start by popping the popcorn kernels in your popcorn maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. While the popcorn is popping, heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the almonds and fresh rosemary to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the almonds are toasted and the rosemary is fragrant.

Once the popcorn is done, transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the toasted almonds, rosemary, and olive oil over the popcorn. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste and toss everything together until well combined.

Spread the popcorn mixture out on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 300°F for 10-15 minutes, or until the popcorn is crisp and golden brown.
