Ingredients

  • 100g cooked lobster meat
  • 15ml black truffle oil
  • 150g shredded gouda cheese
  • 200g macaroni
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 50g butter

Preparation

In a saucepan, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add in the cooked lobster meat and black truffle oil. Cook for a few minutes until the lobster is heated through.
