For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (about 400g)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • chopped pistachios for garnish

To prepare this decadent mousse, you’ll need the following kitchen tools:

  • food processor
  • spatula
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • ramekins

Start by scooping out the flesh of the ripe avocados into a food processor. Add in the cocoa powder, agave nectar, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed.
