Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Today, I’m sharing a delicious and healthy dessert recipe that will satisfy your sweet tooth while also giving you a boost of nutrients. This chocolate avocado mousse is creamy, rich, and decadent, making it the perfect guilt-free treat for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (300g)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (30g)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (60ml)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (60ml)
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Kitchen Tools:

To start, scoop out the flesh of two ripe avocados into a food processor. Add in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed to ensure everything is well combined.

Once the mousse is smooth, divide it into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.

When ready to serve, top the mousse with fresh berries for a pop of color and extra freshness.
