  • ramekins

To begin, melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Once melted, remove from heat and let cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt, mixing until smooth.
