Decadent Chocolate Pumpkin Bread

Unique Chocolate Pumpkin Bread

Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that combines two of my favorite flavors: chocolate and pumpkin. This unique twist on traditional pumpkin bread is perfect for cozy fall days or as a sweet treat any time of year.

Ingredients:

  • 300g all-purpose flour
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 250g pumpkin puree
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 100ml vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g chocolate chips

Kitchen Tools:

  • whisk
  • loaf pan
  • spatula

To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, slice and serve this decadent chocolate pumpkin bread. Each slice is a perfect balance of rich chocolate and warm pumpkin flavors, with a moist and tender texture that will keep you coming back for more.
