Ingredients:
– 1 ripe avocado
– 1/4 cup cocoa powder
– 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
– Optional toppings: fresh berries, chopped nuts, coconut flakes

Instructions:
1. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and place it in a blender or food processor.
2. Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
5. Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
6. Before serving, top with fresh berries, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes for extra flavor and texture.
7. Enjoy this guilt-free and delicious chocolate avocado mousse as a healthier dessert option!
