The Perfect Rich Chocolate Truffle Cake

Ingredients:

  • 300g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 200g butter
  • 200g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g flour
  • 200ml double cream

To start, preheat your oven to 180°C. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over low heat until smooth.
