  • matcha powder (10g)
  • chamomile-infused syrup (15ml)
  • lemon curd (50g)
  • goat cheese (30g)
  • dark chocolate (20g)
  • croissants (2 pieces)

Preparation

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C). Cut the croissants in half, lengthwise, and place them on a baking sheet. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and chamomile-infused syrup until well combined. Spread this mixture onto the cut sides of the croissants.

Next, crumble the goat cheese on top of the matcha-infused croissants. Grate the dark chocolate over the goat cheese layer. Place the croissants in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the chocolate is slightly melted.
