  • sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • coconut milk
  • dark chocolate, chopped
  • walnuts, chopped
  • dried cranberries
  • maple syrup
  • cinnamon
  • sea salt

Kitchen Tools:

  • baking sheet
  • oven
  • blender
  • mixing bowl

To start, preheat your oven to 400°F. Place the chopped sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast them for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly caramelized.

In a blender, combine the roasted sweet potatoes, coconut milk, dark chocolate, walnuts, dried cranberries, maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
