To make this decadent dish, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • lobster meat (cooked), 300g
  • macaroni, 200g
  • butter, 50g
  • flour, 30g
  • milk, 500ml
  • truffle oil, 2 tbsp
  • gruyere cheese, 150g
  • parmesan cheese, 50g
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • breadcrumbs, for topping

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • saucepan
  • whisk
  • baking dish

Start by cooking the macaroni in a large pot of salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.

Once the sauce has thickened, add the gruyere and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the truffle oil for that luxurious flavor.

Add the cooked macaroni and lobster meat to the cheese sauce, stirring until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs for a crispy finish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
