Today, I’m excited to share with you a perfect Fall treat that combines the warm flavors of the season with a unique twist. This Fall Harvest Pizza is a great way to enjoy the seasonal produce in a creative and delicious way.

Ingredients:

  • oven
  • baking sheet
  • mixing bowl
  • knife
  • cutting board

For the dough:
– 250g all-purpose flour
– 7g active dry yeast
– 5g salt
– 160ml warm water
– 10ml olive oil

For the toppings:
– 100g butternut squash, thinly sliced
– 50g goat cheese
– 30g dried cranberries
– 30g chopped walnuts
– 50g arugula
– 20ml balsamic glaze

Preparation:

Start by making the dough. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

Preheat your oven to 200°C and place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up.

Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to the hot baking sheet.

Top the dough with the butternut squash slices, goat cheese, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden and the toppings are cooked.

Remove the pizza from the oven and top with fresh arugula. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
