I’m excited to share my latest creation with you today — a delectable Lemon Herb Crusted Salmon that is perfect for any season or occasion. This dish is bursting with fresh flavors and is sure to impress your family and friends.

Ingredients:

  • salmon fillet (250g)
  • lemon zest (1 lemon)
  • fresh dill (10g)
  • fresh parsley (10g)
  • garlic cloves (2)
  • bread crumbs (50g)
  • olive oil (30ml)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools:

  • oven
  • baking sheet
  • food processor
  • mixing bowl
  • knife

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a food processor, combine the lemon zest, fresh dill, fresh parsley, garlic cloves, bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pulse until everything is well combined and forms a coarse paste.

Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Spread the herb mixture evenly on top of the salmon, pressing gently to adhere. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully. Slice the salmon into portions, drizzle with a little extra olive oil, and garnish with fresh herbs.

The cooked dish weighs approximately 300g and serves 2. Each serving has around 250 calories.
