Ingredients:

  • 2 medium beetroot (400g)
  • 6 figs (200g)
  • 100g goat cheese
  • 50g walnuts
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
