Today, I wanted to share a unique and delicious recipe that always brings a smile to my face – sweet potato pancakes. This dish is perfect for a cozy weekend breakfast or brunch, and the sweet and savory flavors will leave you wanting more. Let’s dive into the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, grated
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Maple syrup, for serving
