Today, I’m excited to share with you a recipe that’s perfect for a summer gathering or a casual weeknight dinner. These Spicy Mango Shrimp Tacos are a unique twist on a classic favorite, combining sweet and savory flavors with a kick of heat. Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas

Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the heat and set aside.
