Today’s Unique Creation: Spicy Mango Beef Stir-Fry

Hey there, foodies! Today I’m excited to share a brand new recipe that I whipped up in my kitchen. This Spicy Mango Beef Stir-Fry is a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors that will surely tantalize your taste buds. It’s a dish I love to make when I’m craving something a little different but still comforting and satisfying.

For this recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • beef strips (200g)
  • mango chunks (150g)
  • red bell pepper, sliced (1)
  • onion, sliced (1)
  • garlic, minced (2 cloves)
  • soy sauce (2 tbsp)
  • sriracha sauce (1 tbsp)
  • brown sugar (1 tbsp)
  • rice vinegar (1 tbsp)
  • cornstarch (1 tsp)
  • vegetable oil (2 tbsp)

When it comes to kitchen tools, you’ll need:

  • wok
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • mixing bowl
  • spatula

Start by marinating the beef strips with soy sauce, sriracha sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar in a mixing bowl. Let the beef sit and soak up all the flavors for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, prep your veggies by slicing the mango, red bell pepper, and onion.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add the marinated beef strips and cook until browned. Toss in the sliced mango, red bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry until the veggies are slightly tender but still crisp.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry. Pour the cornstarch slurry into the wok and stir well to combine. The sauce will thicken as it cooks, coating the beef and veggies in a delicious glaze.

Once everything is cooked through and well combined, remove the wok from the heat. Serve the Spicy Mango Beef Stir-Fry hot over a bed of steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy the perfect blend of savory beef, sweet mango, and spicy seasonings all in one delicious bite!
