Ingredients:

  • eggplants
  • white miso paste
  • honey
  • rice vinegar
  • sesame oil
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • sesame seeds
  • green onions

To start, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise and score the flesh in a crisscross pattern. In a mixing bowl, combine the white miso paste, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until smooth.
