  • pistachios (chopped) – 50g
  • agave nectar – 50ml
  • edible flowers – for garnish

  • whisk
  • saucepan
  • small bowls

Start by combining the coconut milk and matcha powder in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk until the matcha powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is well combined. Once smooth, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, add the diced dragon fruit and chopped pistachios. Pour the matcha coconut milk mixture over the fruit and nuts, and mix until everything is evenly coated. Drizzle agave nectar over the mixture for a touch of sweetness.

Divide the dessert into individual serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. When ready to serve, garnish with edible flowers for an elegant touch.
