Ingredients:

  • dragon fruit (150g)
  • kiwi (100g)
  • sugar (50g)
  • water (200ml)
  • mint leaves (for garnish)

  • blender
  • strainer
  • saucepan

To begin, peel and dice the dragon fruit and kiwi into small chunks. In a saucepan, combine the diced fruit, sugar, and water. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the fruit is soft and the liquid is slightly thickened.

Once the fruit mixture has cooled slightly, pour it into a blender and blend until smooth. Place a fine-mesh strainer over a clean container and strain the blended mixture to remove any seeds or solid bits, leaving you with a smooth liquid.
