I’m excited to share a unique and delicious recipe today that’s perfect for a cozy night in or a special occasion. This dish combines unexpected flavors and textures for a truly unforgettable dining experience.

Ingredients

  • 200g dragon fruit, cubed
  • 150g prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 75g goat cheese, crumbled
  • 100g candied pecans
  • Arugula, for garnish

Preparation

I start by cubing 200g of fresh dragon fruit and setting it aside. Next, I thinly slice 150g of prosciutto and crumble 75g of goat cheese. I also prepare 100g of candied pecans.

I preheat my panini press and assemble the sandwiches by layering the prosciutto, dragon fruit, goat cheese, and candied pecans between two slices of hearty bread.
