To start, gather the following ingredients:

  • quinoa (200g)
  • cherry tomatoes (150g)
  • cucumber (100g)
  • red onion (50g)
  • fresh parsley (20g)
  • fresh mint (10g)
  • feta cheese (50g)
  • lemon (1)
  • olive oil (30ml)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

For this recipe, you will need the following kitchen tools:

  • saucepan
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • fine grater
  • mixing bowl

Start by cooking the quinoa according to the package instructions in a saucepan. While the quinoa is cooking, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, mint, and feta cheese into small, bite-sized pieces. Once the quinoa is cooked, let it cool slightly before transferring it to a mixing bowl.
