  • onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • curry powder (1 tablespoon)
  • turmeric (1 teaspoon)
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • skillet
  • wooden spoon

To start, cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with curry powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
