  • coconut milk – 400ml
  • lychees – 150g
  • kiwi – 100g

Start by cutting the dragon fruit in half and scooping out the flesh into a blender. Add the coconut milk, lychees (pitted), and kiwi (peeled and sliced) to the blender. Blend everything until smooth and well combined.

Cooking
