  • black sesame seeds (10g)
  • coconut milk (100ml)
  • miso paste (15g)
  • honey (20g)
  • chili flakes (5g)
  • fresh cilantro, chopped (10g)

Preparation

Start by peeling and cubing the purple sweet potato. In a medium saucepan, combine the sweet potato cubes, black sesame seeds, coconut milk, miso paste, honey, and chili flakes. Cook over medium heat until the sweet potato is tender, about 15 minutes. Then, transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve the creamy sweet potato soup in bowls, garnished with fresh chopped cilantro.
