The juicy mango, creamy coconut, and succulent shrimp come together in a harmony of flavors that will surely impress your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 400g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
