Ingredients:

  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g snap peas, halved
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 100g broccoli florets
  • 150g rice noodles, cooked
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish

Kitchen Tools:

  • tongs
  • measuring spoons

To start, heat sesame oil in a wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant. Toss in cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides. Stir in sliced bell pepper, halved snap peas, julienned carrots, and broccoli florets. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and sriracha sauce, then pour this sauce over the tofu and vegetable mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Add the cooked rice noodles to the wok, tossing to combine and heat through.

Once everything is well combined and heated, remove the wok from heat. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top for a pop of freshness and crunch. Serve the Spicy Tofu Stir-Fry hot, and enjoy the explosion of flavors with every bite.
